So I saw an email on one of the many listservs I am on advertising a (extremely affordable) Beginner Modern Dance Class. I decided, "Why not?" Dance is on the list. (Note to self: I should probably write about the list some day. )
1. Confirmation that I am out of shape.
2. I am not as out of shape as I thought I was.
3. I think I move pretty well for a fat guy.
4. I need the right pants.
5. I need water.
Will I go back? Absolutely. Sadly, it's at the same time as my poetry workshop, so I'll have to skip every other week of dance. However, this class really felt good.
